After 5 minutes Dunston's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rick Bull who took care of the corner kick. GashisArmy's Simon Marriot was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stephen Rashleigh in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jay Holdsworth got free with Stephen Rashleigh in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute Andrew Nottingham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Postolan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to GashisArmy getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Jamal Boulton hit a great ball. In the 14th minute, Andrew Nottingham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 17 minutes into the game, Calvin Aspinall was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GashisArmy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dunston the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of GashisArmy:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dunston:s goal. In the 27thth minute of the game Rick Bull who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dunston's Stephen Rashleigh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Jay Holdsworth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Stephen Rashleigh was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. GashisArmy's Alex Postolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gwyn Spann in the 33rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antony Hedges during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Dunston! Jay Holdsworth got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 4-1 in the right cross in the 48th match minute before Stephen Rashleigh had time to react. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Andrew Nottingham made the kick off in the second half. When GashisArmy's Rick Bull in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dunston's goalie prevented a goal. Rick Bull struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Stephen Rashleigh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GashisArmy. After a defensive mix-up in GashisArmy's zone, Andrew Nottingham stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Postolan came out of the goal and Andrew Nottingham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rick Bull succeeded in the game's 63rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-1. In the 66th minute, Jay Holdsworth made a precise shot to the right of Stephen Rashleigh. Dunston's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. If Rick Bull had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Rick Bull left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GashisArmy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Jay Holdsworth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Stephen Rashleigh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When GashisArmy's Rick Bull in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dunston's goalie prevented a goal. In the 86th minute, Rick Bull ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stephen Rashleigh was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. In the 94th minute, Nicholas Rooney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rick Bull received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Stephen Rashleigh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dunston's Stephen Rashleigh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jay Holdsworth in the 98th minute of play. GashisArmy walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
