Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Stevie Floyd made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Pack in the 7th minute of play forced Stratton's goalkeeper Christopher Everard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Harry Pack shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christopher Everard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Stratton's zone, Harry Pack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christopher Everard came out of the goal and Harry Pack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Stratton's Leroy Bostock got a free kick in the 20th minute. The supporters of Stratton booed when Jacob Mazon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brett Delaney didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Stratton's Ethan Coote threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Daryl Silvester, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Daryl Silvester took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ethan Coote to make any attempt to save it. In the 40th match minute, Stratton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joseph Greenwood to maneuver through the defense. Ethan Coote took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daryl Silvester, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Stevie Floyd put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Christopher Everard. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daryl Silvester made a kick off. After having played for 66 minutes, Daryl Silvester managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stratton's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daryl Silvester was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute Jeff Halloran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ethan Coote saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ethan Coote made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daryl Silvester in the 74th minute of play. Stevie Floyd received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Christopher Everard tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeff Halloran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ethan Coote having to interfere. Stevie Floyd received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Christopher Everard came out and tried to block the shot, but Stevie Floyd slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the game, one of Stratton:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Jacob Mazon a penalty, 86 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lawrence Hopkinson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Stratton's Christopher Everard. 2-3. With an all-out effort, Jacob Mazon's Christopher Everard threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Stevie Floyd, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Stratton getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Lee Tomkins hit a great ball. Harry Pack fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christopher Everard having to interfere. The Stratton supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jacob Mazon's performance. The match ended with a win for Jacob Mazon.
