After a rather tough play, Bin Bits's Nat Corrigan got a free kick in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, LGFCE's Wayne Furniss got a free kick in the 10th minute. Sammy Milburn struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Max English didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bin Bits. When Sid Corbett fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LGFCE's protests and gave Sid Corbett a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes LGFCE got a freekick which was hit by Sid Corbett. After having played for 14 minutes, Shawn Daly managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bin Bits's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shawn Daly was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute, Sacha Hardwick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 19 minutes into the match, Sammy Milburn notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of LGFCE's Max English. Max English was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 24 minutes into the match, LGFCE's goal looked a bit too open when Sammy Milburn came free, but Max English reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Max English didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sammy Milburn went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 29th minute, Sammy Milburn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. During the 40th minute of the match Sid Corbett completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sid Corbett a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to LGFCE getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Sid Corbett hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bin Bits's zone, Wayne Furniss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicky Beattie came out of the goal and Wayne Furniss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Trey Potterton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Sacha Hardwick had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Max English. LGFCE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sacha Hardwick was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Max English took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Pickering, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Sammy Milburn reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Max English. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 64th minute, Trey Potterton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, LGFCE's Max English got control of the ball when Simon Carey tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andy Seaman charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andy Seaman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Shawn Daly took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Max English. Max English dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Sacha Hardwick might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Max English. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sacha Hardwick ran back to his position shaking his head. If Sammy Milburn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, Sammy Milburn dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Max English, 0-6. In the 83rd minute Sacha Hardwick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max English saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Max English showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sammy Milburn, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Sacha Hardwick made a precise shot to the right of Max English. LGFCE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. In the 91st match minute, Bin Bits was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Pickering to maneuver through the defense. Norman Price took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 96th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicky Beattie. Bin Bits's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The LGFCE fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Bin Bits were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
