Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bill Newbury made the kick off and thus started the match. Walker's Micheal Lodge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Walker from getting a goal against them. Micheal Lodge came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Camborne's Lloyd Coe. But to his dismay, Lloyd Coe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Camborne getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Carlton Pritchard hit a great ball. With his leg Micheal Lodge managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Camborne's Lloyd Coe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lloyd Coe in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Micheal Lodge, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 24th minute, Bill Newbury hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bill Newbury struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Micheal Lodge didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Camborne. In the 26th minute, Camborne's Bill Newbury dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Walker's Micheal Lodge proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Walker from getting a goal against them. After 35 played minutes Walker got a freekick which was hit by Dave Halloran. In the 37th match minute, Camborne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlton Pritchard to maneuver through the defense. In the 38thth minute of the game Oscar Beadle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Camborne's Martyn Spurgeon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Bill Newbury had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walker's Micheal Lodge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Newbury in the 41st minute of play. When Oscar Beadle came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Walker fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Beadle couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lloyd Coe got free with Micheal Lodge in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Beadle was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Lloyd Coe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Micheal Lodge was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bill Newbury sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the match, Walker's goal looked a bit too open when Lloyd Coe came free, but Micheal Lodge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Camborne's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Oscar Beadle fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Dave Halloran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lloyd Coe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute, Carlton Wootton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Lloyd Coe fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Camborne's protests and gave Lloyd Coe a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Camborne's Lloyd Coe got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The Camborne players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
