Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5666, Seating: 1737, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Russell Carroll took the kick off in the first half of the match. Martin Bentley kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nick Miller in the 10th minute of play forced OZS Guzikowka Krosno's goalkeeper Paddy Fitzsymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12thth minute of the game Adam Turner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OZS Guzikowka Krosno's Paddy Fitzsymon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Taunton's goal looked a bit too open when Russell Carroll came free, but Kristian Carter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Russell Carroll recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kristian Carter. Russell Carroll showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Russell Carroll had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristian Carter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Russell Carroll in the 31st minute of play. Adam Turner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paddy Fitzsymon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. After some careless play in the OZS Guzikowka Krosno defense, Nick Miller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paddy Fitzsymon. The OZS Guzikowka Krosno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paddy Fitzsymon should have stopped the shot. Paddy Fitzsymon came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Taunton's Adam Turner. But to his dismay, Adam Turner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. When Taunton's Nick Miller in the 49th minute got a chance for a shot 49th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye OZS Guzikowka Krosno's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nick Miller to make the kick off. Paddy Fitzsymon was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nick Miller showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 53 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Turner got free with Paddy Fitzsymon in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Taunton's Nick Miller slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paddy Fitzsymon. That made the score 1-4 after 60 minutes of play. Matty Booker's late challenge caught a OZS Guzikowka Krosno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matty Booker helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of OZS Guzikowka Krosno booed when Taunton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matty Booker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Edmonton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Kristian Carter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute Nick Miller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paddy Fitzsymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nick Miller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Paddy Fitzsymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Nick Miller rounded OZS Guzikowka Krosno's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-5. Nick Miller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Paddy Fitzsymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Paddy Fitzsymon managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when Taunton's Matty Booker fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 94thth minute of the game Nick Miller who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OZS Guzikowka Krosno's Paddy Fitzsymon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Adam Turner came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Taunton fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Turner couldn't finish the play. Taunton played a much better game than OZS Guzikowka Krosno and deserved their victory. The OZS Guzikowka Krosno players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
