Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dominik Day made the kick off which started today's match. Trey Rice kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 9th play minute Lennie Butterfield came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Shaun Windsor. 2-0. Shaun Windsor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennie Butterfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wallington's Shaun Windsor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Wallington from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Wallington defense, Trey Rice kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shaun Windsor. The Wallington fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shaun Windsor should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Wallington's Shaun Windsor got control of the ball when Freddie Neville tried to sneak it across the goal line. Trey Rice could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Shaun Windsor made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, Huyton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Dominik Day came free, but Rhys Hopgood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shaun Windsor was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lennie Butterfield showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 34 minute of play. Shaun Windsor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lennie Butterfield's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Shaun Windsor made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Rory Hayes sent off a good shot on target. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Lennie Butterfield made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Beinn Pinder shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Shaun Windsor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dominik Day charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dominik Day the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Huyton AFC booed when Wallington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Day didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 56 played minutes Huyton AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rory Hayes. Rhys Hopgood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glyn Scorfield, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 63rd match minute, Huyton AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rory Hayes to maneuver through the defense. Shaun Windsor came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Huyton AFC's Lennie Butterfield. But to his dismay, Lennie Butterfield quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 75th minute, Rory Hayes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Huyton AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. After 78 minutes of play, Huyton AFC's Freddie Neville made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shaun Windsor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Shaun Windsor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddie Neville in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Lennie Butterfield shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shaun Windsor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Beinn Pinder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Shaun Windsor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rory Hayes in the 91st minute of the match. Shaun Windsor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rory Hayes in the 93rd minute of play. Wallington's Shaun Windsor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennie Butterfield in the 96th minute of play.
