Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Jeffrey Boyce made the kick off which started today's match. After 2 minutes, John Clayton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oli O FC and the Dewsbury players grew even worse after the yellow card. John Clayton hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rufus Impey got free with Pedro Medlin in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johnathon Bowen got free with Pedro Medlin in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If David Markinson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jeffrey Boyce came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Dewsbury fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeffrey Boyce couldn't finish the play. Jeffrey Boyce was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Oli O FC's Pedro Medlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeffrey Boyce in the 29th minute of play. Pedro Medlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeffrey Boyce in the 31st minute of the match. John Clayton kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Bill Senior thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Pedro Medlin, a very annoying self made goal in the 40th minute which led to 3-0. Pedro Medlin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeffrey Boyce's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. When Marty Vaughn fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dewsbury's protests and gave Marty Vaughn a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Marty Vaughn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pete Sheringham was the one to do the kick off. Dewsbury's Jeffrey Boyce got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pedro Medlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeffrey Boyce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Markinson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Medlin having to interfere. When Dewsbury's David Markinson in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Oli O FC's goalie prevented a goal. Pedro Medlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Markinson, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. David Markinson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeffrey Boyce in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Medlin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Medlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeffrey Boyce in the 76th minute of the match. David Markinson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Medlin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johnathon Bowen in the 79th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Oli O FC's zone, David Markinson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Medlin came out of the goal and David Markinson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute, Pete Sheringham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Pete Sheringham fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oli O FC's protests and gave Pete Sheringham a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Oli O FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Pete Sheringham hit a great ball. After 95 played minutes, Dewsbury's Rufus Impey shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Medlin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dewsbury reached it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Dewsbury fully deserved thier win.
