FC Cuza-Voda's Rio Lambley got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Denzil Cavanagh hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. When Perry Caine fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BandaLysego FC's protests and gave Perry Caine a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Perry Caine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 minutes, Benji Swallow mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Cuza-Voda and the BandaLysego FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
