Titans Fc's Stefan Marriot shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 19th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sam Moore but with some difficulty. Jim Milligan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Nantwich Town FC booed when Titans Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Austen Creighton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sam Moore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Craig Venables in the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Nantwich Town FC's zone, Craig Venables stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sam Moore came out of the goal and Craig Venables tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jim Milligan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Sam Moore skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jim Milligan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sam Moore having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Dion Foreman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Craig Venables made a kick off. Kris Holdroyd kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aaron Conway in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastien Tetley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Craig Venables recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 65th minute of the match Stefan Marriot shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sam Moore showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the game, Pat Cornish cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sebastien Tetley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 71 played minutes Titans Fc got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Patton. Sebastien Tetley was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Kris Holdroyd capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kris Holdroyd really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After 80 minutes, Louie Hay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Titans Fc and the Nantwich Town FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Nantwich Town FC booed when Titans Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louie Hay didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henry Howarth during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The Nantwich Town FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
