Brynn Young showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Will Fordham, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Ruben Blakeley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Will Fordham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Austen Illingworth fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kohala Gunners FC's protests and gave Austen Illingworth a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute of the game, Kristopher Butcher landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Ruben Blakeley kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Brynn Young showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Greaves in the 15th minute of the match. geograph FC's Ian Greaves got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brynn Young took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louie Strong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Rhys Lincoln was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kohala Gunners FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave geograph FC the free kick. Drew Kenworthy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Felix Haskell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Drew Kenworthy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Louie Strong blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brynn Young having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Louie Strong in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brynn Young saved Kohala Gunners FC from getting behind. After 37 minutes of play Kohala Gunners FC's Rhys Lincoln was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Rhys Lincoln kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Kohala Gunners FC's goal looked a bit too open when Louie Strong came free, but Brynn Young reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ian Greaves to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Kohala Gunners FC got a freekick which was hit by Graeme Neville. 58 minutes into the match, Louie Strong notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kohala Gunners FC's Brynn Young. Brynn Young was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 62 minutes into the match, Kohala Gunners FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Greaves came free, but Brynn Young reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Graeme Neville had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th minute, Ian Greaves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kohala Gunners FC's goalkeeper Brynn Young, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Drew Kenworthy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Graeme Neville charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Graeme Neville the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 84th minute, Crispin Burley sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Kohala Gunners FC's Brynn Young didn't even have to move. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kohala Gunners FC's goalkeeper Brynn Young, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 88 played minutes Kohala Gunners FC got a freekick which was hit by Graeme Neville. Brynn Young made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Greaves in the 94th minute of play. If Ian Greaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded geograph FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kohala Gunners FC.
