Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stephen Falkingham took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th match minute, FC Targowa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ash Nightingale to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, FC Targowa's goal looked a bit too open when Stephen Falkingham came free, but Lance Lowndes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stew Bettinson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 7th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Lance Lowndes didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Latchingdon's Stew Bettinson shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. With his leg Lance Lowndes managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Latchingdon's Stephen Falkingham fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jude Auckland took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lance Lowndes. FC Targowa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Targowa's Ash Nightingale got a free kick in the 31st minute. Stephen Falkingham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lance Lowndes having to interfere. Stew Bettinson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute of the match Jay Louis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lance Lowndes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Lance Lowndes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stew Bettinson in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Stephen Falkingham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stephen Falkingham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Lance Lowndes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Paul Mitchell-King might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ron Blowman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Paul Mitchell-King ran back to his position shaking his head. Stephen Falkingham struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Lance Lowndes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Latchingdon. In the 69th minute, Rodney Clist fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Stew Bettinson scored 2-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lance Lowndes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Stephen Falkingham put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lance Lowndes. When Stephen Falkingham came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Latchingdon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stephen Falkingham couldn't finish the play. Lance Lowndes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stew Bettinson in the 96th minute of play. Latchingdon walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
