FC Kelsier's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Owen Hibbert in the 15th minute. Lewis Picker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Jenkinson having to interfere. Andre Jenkinson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lewis Picker's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Andre Jenkinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lewis Picker in the 26th minute of the match. Bob Trusswell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Palmer having to interfere. Trey Newton charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Trey Newton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Trey Newton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes in the game, Bob Trusswell dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Harvey Palmer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bob Trusswell, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Lewis Picker notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Kelsier's Andre Jenkinson. Andre Jenkinson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, FC Kelsier's Curtis Pennant got a free kick in the 41st minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kelsier's zone, Lewis Picker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andre Jenkinson came out of the goal and Lewis Picker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daryl Peakman kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, Riseley United's Rick Ainsworth made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andre Jenkinson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After a defensive mix-up in FC Kelsier's zone, Lewis Picker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andre Jenkinson came out of the goal and Lewis Picker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Rick Ainsworth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Conal Brookman fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kelsier's protests and gave Conal Brookman a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes FC Kelsier got a freekick which was hit by Conal Brookman. 61 minutes into the match, FC Kelsier's goalkeeper Andre Jenkinson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rick Ainsworth. Rick Ainsworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Jenkinson having to interfere. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Kelsier's goalkeeper Andre Jenkinson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, FC Kelsier's goal looked a bit too open when Lewis Picker came free, but Andre Jenkinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trey Newton hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Lewis Picker's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andre Jenkinson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Lewis Picker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Andre Jenkinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Lewis Picker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Riseley United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lewis Picker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 90th minute, Rick Ainsworth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Riseley United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Rick Ainsworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Jenkinson having to interfere.
