Conan Louis hit a great ball. 0-1 became the score in the 6th minute when Jonathon Kingston elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Toby Blewitt made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Wayne Crichton sent off a good shot on target. Conan Louis charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conan Louis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Wayne Crichton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rufus Cartwright hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Jonathon Kingston made a precise shot to the right of Andre Jenkinson. FC Kelsier's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Doona in the 31st minute of play forced FC Kelsier's goalkeeper Andre Jenkinson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andre Jenkinson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathon Kingston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathon Kingston fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andre Jenkinson having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, FC Kelsier's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathon Kingston came free, but Andre Jenkinson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Jonathon Kingston ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andre Jenkinson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After the first half Stratford-upon-Avon FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Bob Trusswell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54thth minute of the game Jonathon Kingston who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kelsier's Andre Jenkinson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andre Jenkinson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathon Kingston in the 56th minute of the match. Ben Doona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jonathon Kingston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Andre Jenkinson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Sean Pilkington was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stratford-upon-Avon FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Kelsier the free kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Conal Brookman during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ben Doona in the 87th minute of play forced FC Kelsier's goalkeeper Andre Jenkinson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathon Kingston in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andre Jenkinson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stratford-upon-Avon FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
