Philip Paine hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Millwall FC's goal looked a bit too open when Brynn Rothwell came free, but Olly Ferdinand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Philip Paine in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olly Ferdinand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Brynn Rothwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Brynn Rothwell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olly Ferdinand having to interfere. In the 40th minute, Philip Paine ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olly Ferdinand was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 46th minute, Brynn Rothwell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olly Ferdinand was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaz Warburton was the one to do the kick off. If Brynn Rothwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Philip Paine fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Olly Ferdinand, passed just outside the right post. Tottenham Hotspur's Brynn Rothwell got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Toby Grayson made in the 83rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lucas Bartlett immediately put the ball in play. After a rather tough play, Tottenham Hotspur's John Paul Lister got a free kick in the 84th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Lucas Bartlett was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Millwall FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tottenham Hotspur the free kick. A collision led to Millwall FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Lucas Bartlett hit a great ball. In the 94th minute of the match Tris Whitehead sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olly Ferdinand skillfully saved the ball. Tottenham Hotspur's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
