After 7 played minutes Chupayees City & Crantlee got a freekick which was hit by Luke Capes. After a rather tough play, Chupayees City & Crantlee's Derek Pilgrim got a free kick in the 9th minute. When Lewis Huckerby got free in front of the goal in the 10th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Jeff Rowell was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Lewis Huckerby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Bethnal Green and Hackney City's Kirk Crouch in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chupayees City & Crantlee's goalie prevented a goal. Kirk Crouch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeff Rowell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Donny Bensley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Crooks, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, Chupayees City & Crantlee's Luke Capes got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 31st minute Kirk Crouch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeff Rowell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeff Rowell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lewis Huckerby, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Michael Crooks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donny Bensley having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirk Crouch in the 39th minute of play forced Chupayees City & Crantlee's goalkeeper Jeff Rowell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeff Rowell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kirk Crouch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lewis Huckerby to strike the kick off in the second half. Lewis Huckerby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Chupayees City & Crantlee's goalkeeper Jeff Rowell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kirk Crouch. Lewis Huckerby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lewis Huckerby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jeff Rowell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Chupayees City & Crantlee's goalkeeper Jeff Rowell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kirk Crouch. Gary Capes hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Chupayees City & Crantlee's Graeme Needham got a free kick in the 67th minute. Pete Mabbutt struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Donny Bensley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chupayees City & Crantlee. After 78 minutes, Luke Capes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chupayees City & Crantlee and the Bethnal Green and Hackney City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th match minute, Chupayees City & Crantlee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luke Capes to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 85 in the game by Kirk Crouch from a close distance when the talented Jeff Rowell managed to make a qualified save. Chupayees City & Crantlee's players were relieved. Bethnal Green and Hackney City's Kirk Crouch got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lewis Huckerby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lewis Huckerby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chupayees City & Crantlee's Jeff Rowell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Chupayees City & Crantlee from getting a goal against them. Michael Crooks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bethnal Green and Hackney City played a much better game than Chupayees City & Crantlee and deserved their victory. The Chupayees City & Crantlee players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
