Walford FC's Pete Deveraux played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Crooks in the 7th minute of play. Harry Hill's late challenge caught a Chupayees City & Crantlee's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Michael Crooks to strike the kick off in the second half. Jeff Rowell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Gardner in the 59th minute of play. Jeff Rowell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Gardner in the 95th minute of play. Doug Bryant could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Jeff Rowell made a huge save. The Walford FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
