Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Den Bramble took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6thth minute of the game Ash Tandy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Bedford's Rory Wilberforce was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lawrence Pearson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of CJ Mayall's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Plaza Mayor's Lawrence Pearson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by CJ Mayall in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, CJ Mayall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lawrence Pearson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute, Jeffrey Short hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ash Tandy took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rory Wilberforce. Rory Wilberforce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Plaza Mayor's Lawrence Pearson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by CJ Mayall in the 29th minute of play. Iain Garner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rory Wilberforce having to interfere. Aaron Norton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lawrence Pearson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from CJ Mayall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aaron Norton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Plaza Mayor's goal looked a bit too open when Den Bramble came free, but Lawrence Pearson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CJ Mayalls short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Lawrence Pearson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Aaron Norton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plaza Mayor's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Norton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rory Wilberforce breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iain Garner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Rory Wilberforce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when CJ Mayall got free with Lawrence Pearson in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of AFC Bedford booed when Plaza Mayor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ash Tandy didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Aaron Norton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Norton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Alexander Van Der Hoorn in the 80th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Plaza Mayor's Nicky Harrison. Lawrence Pearson made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when CJ Mayall sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute, AFC Bedford's Den Bramble dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In the 91st minute Ash Tandy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rory Wilberforce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Ash Tandy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Plaza Mayor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ash Tandy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AFC Bedford's Rory Wilberforce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ash Tandy in the 94th minute of play. Bradley Gilroy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Lawrence Pearson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
