Spectators: 7507 (Terracing: 5657, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 150) Osaze FC's Felix Bignot started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Felix Bignot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harvey Moxon having to interfere. After 4 played minutes DINAMO BUCURESTI got a freekick which was hit by Victor Ross. Victor Ross's late challenge caught a Osaze FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Ross helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Osaze FC booed when DINAMO BUCURESTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Ross didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dean Higgins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vic Jowsey having to interfere. 19 minutes into the game, DINAMO BUCURESTI's Leigh Lane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vic Jowsey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 23 minutes into the game, Dean Higgins cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Vic Jowsey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leigh Lane in the 29th minute of play forced Osaze FC's goalkeeper Vic Jowsey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leigh Lane's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vic Jowsey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Ross in the 34th minute of play forced Osaze FC's goalkeeper Vic Jowsey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DINAMO BUCURESTI's Victor Ross got his second yellow card of the match in the 36th minute. The referee ordered Victor Ross off the ground. After a rather tough play, DINAMO BUCURESTI's Victor Ross got a free kick in the 37th minute. Osaze FC's Iain Pickard shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 38th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Harvey Moxon but with some difficulty. If Dean Higgins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dean Higgins made a kick off. When Dean Higgins came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the DINAMO BUCURESTI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dean Higgins couldn't finish the play. After having played for 56 minutes, Vinnie Bettney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DINAMO BUCURESTI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vinnie Bettney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 66 played minutes Osaze FC got a freekick which was hit by Iain Pickard. Harvey Moxon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Bignot, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Osaze FC's zone, Dean Higgins stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vic Jowsey came out of the goal and Dean Higgins tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Vinnie Bettney left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DINAMO BUCURESTI fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Felix Bignot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Osaze FC's Vic Jowsey got control of the ball when Dean Higgins tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harvey Moxon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Bignot went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 95 minutes into the match, Osaze FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leigh Lane came free, but Vic Jowsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over DINAMO BUCURESTI could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Osaze FC throughout the match.
