Spectators: 6643 (Terracing: 5643, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ed Fleming took the kick off in the first half of the match. Den Hendley hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Vince Fuller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Den Hendley in the 6th minute of the match. When Zeus academy's Giles Hoskins in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Glossop City's goalie prevented a goal. Den Hendley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vince Fuller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Den Hendley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Glossop City's Vince Fuller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Den Hendley in the 31st minute of play. If Ed Fleming had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Glossop City getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Luke Maxwell hit a great ball. Giles Hoskins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vince Fuller having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giles Hoskins in the 39th minute of play forced Glossop City's goalkeeper Vince Fuller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Den Hendley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 44thth minute of the game Giles Hoskins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glossop City's Vince Fuller was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Den Hendley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vince Fuller having to interfere. Giles Hoskins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Vince Fuller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After a defensive mix-up in Zeus academy's zone, Luke Maxwell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tod Gettins came out of the goal and Luke Maxwell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Glossop City getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Brad Rushmere hit a great ball. Vince Fuller came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Zeus academy's Den Hendley. But to his dismay, Den Hendley quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Giles Hoskins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Glossop City's Luke Maxwell got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute of the match Alistair Basterfield sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vince Fuller skillfully saved the ball. After 68 played minutes Glossop City got a freekick which was hit by Brad Rushmere. Vince Fuller was a little too slow when Giles Hoskins got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-2. Matthew Gallagher hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Den Hendley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vince Fuller read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of Zeus academy booed when Glossop City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ed Fleming didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vince Fuller didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 85th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Graeme Dwyer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Vince Fuller made a huge save.
