That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Bedlington's Stevie Soussan got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stevie Soussan got free with Harvey Hewitt in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Chip Warner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Harvey Hewitt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, FC Liverpool's goal looked a bit too open when Chip Warner came free, but Harvey Hewitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Philip Albright sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Den Bishop kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, FC Liverpool's Philip Albright sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leroy Seagrave narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Philip Tomkin made a kick off. Leroy Seagrave made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philip Albright in the 57th minute. Philip Albright scored 1-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leroy Seagrave, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 63 minutes into the match, FC Liverpool's goal looked a bit too open when Stevie Soussan came free, but Harvey Hewitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stevie Soussan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Harvey Hewitt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harvey Hewitt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chip Warner, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 77th minute, Philip Tomkin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Harvey Hewitt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chip Warner in the 80th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 81 minutes, Chip Warner put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Harvey Hewitt. Chip Warner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to FC Liverpool getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Louie Tubbs hit a great ball. Bedlington walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
