Roy Knight-Percival made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 14th minute, Reg Pointon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes in the game, Nial Almond fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Marek Stansfield having to interfere. Reg Pointon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Marek Stansfield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nial Almond in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tristan Westwood in the 36th minute of play forced Woking FC's goalkeeper Marek Stansfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Brett Middlewood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Juvewill united's Reg Pointon got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Tristan Westwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Ashton in the 43rd minute of play forced Juvewill united's goalkeeper Roy Knight-Percival to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juvewill united's Roy Knight-Percival played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rick Ashton in the 45th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rick Ashton in the 48th minute of play forced Juvewill united's goalkeeper Roy Knight-Percival to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tristan Westwood to strike the kick off in the second half. Marek Stansfield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Westwood in the 53rd minute of play. Tristan Westwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Stansfield having to interfere. When Reg Pointon fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juvewill united's protests and gave Reg Pointon a yellow card for diving instead. If Tristan Westwood had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Woking FC's zone, Gaz Delaney stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek Stansfield came out of the goal and Gaz Delaney tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Ian McCormick ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roy Knight-Percival was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Marek Stansfield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tristan Westwood in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rick Ashton in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roy Knight-Percival prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tristan Westwood fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Stansfield having to interfere. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Juvewill united had held the ball for most of the match.
