Spectators: 7119 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rick Ashton took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marek Stansfield showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Bradbury, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Thom Goldsmith managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forest Hill's supporters rose to their feet, but Thom Goldsmith was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marek Stansfield breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 11 minutes, Grant Locke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forest Hill's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grant Locke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Ivan Bradbury managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forest Hill's supporters rose to their feet, but Ivan Bradbury was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marek Stansfield breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Forest Hill's Grant Locke in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Woking FC's goalie prevented a goal. 44 minutes into the match, Woking FC's goal looked a bit too open when Thom Goldsmith came free, but Marek Stansfield reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Bradbury in the 49th minute of play forced Woking FC's goalkeeper Marek Stansfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Woking FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Forest Hill were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivan Bradbury to strike the kick off in the second half. Stevie Bennett kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 60 minutes, Grant Locke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forest Hill and the Woking FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Woking FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Zane Burgess hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Forest Hill's Ivan Bradbury slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marek Stansfield. That made the score 0-3 after 64 minutes of play. Woking FC's Marek Stansfield proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Woking FC from getting a goal against them. Marek Stansfield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Bradbury in the 80th minute of play. Stan Frost took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ian McCormick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Bradbury in the 91st minute of play forced Woking FC's goalkeeper Marek Stansfield to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Woking FC's zone, Grant Locke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek Stansfield came out of the goal and Grant Locke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 96 minutes, Brett Middlewood mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Woking FC and the Forest Hill players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Woking FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brett Middlewood to maneuver through the defense. Forest Hill played a much better game than Woking FC and deserved their victory. The Woking FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
