Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) Winchmore Town's Zack Hehir started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Jack Burley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brett Hilton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 4th minute, Pierre Davison reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brett Hilton. The goal made the score 1-0. When Pierre Davison came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the WC Hawks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierre Davison couldn't finish the play. If Zack Hehir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Winchmore Town booed when WC Hawks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dean Fenwick didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19th minute, Gary Masters sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and WC Hawks's Calvin Davies didn't even have to move. WC Hawks's Calvin Davies played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zack Hehir in the 24th minute of play. Calvin Davies came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Winchmore Town's Zack Hehir. But to his dismay, Zack Hehir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Zack Hehir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Davies having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Dean Fenwick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Dion Boyd came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Winchmore Town fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dion Boyd couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dion Boyd in the 46th minute of play forced WC Hawks's goalkeeper Calvin Davies to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Dion Boyds short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Calvin Davies to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 53rd minute, Dion Boyd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. WC Hawks's Calvin Davies played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zack Hehir in the 55th minute of play. Brett Hilton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Davison in the 59th minute of play. Zack Hehir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Davies having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Dion Boyd put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Calvin Davies. In the 69th match minute, WC Hawks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rupert Sparks to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in WC Hawks's zone, Gary Masters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Calvin Davies came out of the goal and Gary Masters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zack Hehir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Davies having to interfere. After 77 played minutes WC Hawks got a freekick which was hit by Henry Longley. Jack Burley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 played minutes Winchmore Town got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Fordham. Ronan Groves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvin Davies having to interfere. Jack Burley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brett Hilton having to interfere. The WC Hawks fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Winchmore Town were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
