FIVE Wizards's Luke Newlyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ed Watson in the 8th minute of play. After some careless play in the FIVE Wizards defense, Dean Gunn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luke Newlyn. The FIVE Wizards fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luke Newlyn should have stopped the shot. If Carl May had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, FIVE Wizards's goalkeeper Luke Newlyn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ed Watson. Howard Howard hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. FIVE Wizards's Luke Newlyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ed Watson in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Chesney Duffield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Coombe's zone, Carl May stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thom Payne came out of the goal and Carl May tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carl May blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thom Payne having to make a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. George Homes was the one to do the kick off. Luke Newlyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Homes, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 66th minute Dean Gunn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Newlyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luke Newlyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricky Fletcher in the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, FIVE Wizards's Frank Hughes-Guy got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 74th minute Ed Watson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Newlyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Carl May could shoot a difficult shot in the 75th minute, which Thom Payne however easily saved by the left post. Luke Newlyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ed Watson in the 77th minute of the match. Howard Howard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 83rd minute, Darren Paley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Carl May had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 87 minutes, Carl May managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FIVE Wizards's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carl May was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to FIVE Wizards getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Chesney Duffield hit a great ball. Luke Newlyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ed Watson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Brendon Parks's late challenge caught a Coombe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Brendon Parks helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FIVE Wizards's Brendon Parks got a free kick in the 93rd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Coombe fully deserved thier win.
