Reg Christensen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon Bowden in the 4th minute of the match. St1tchCorp's Darius Harkin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save St1tchCorp from getting a goal against them. 6 minutes into the game, Eddy Boyd recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Darius Harkin. Eddy Boyd showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. St1tchCorp's Darius Harkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Boyd in the 11th minute of play. Francis Routledge hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. When Sebastien Steadman fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Harleston's protests and gave Sebastien Steadman a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francis Routledge got free with Darius Harkin in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in St1tchCorp fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! St1tchCorp:s Darius Harkin showed great skill when he stopped Jack Weeks:s penalty. 22 minutes into the match, Sebastien Steadman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Darius Harkin. St1tchCorp's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastien Steadman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Reg Christensen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jon Bowden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Harleston's Eddy Boyd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Darius Harkin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Harleston's zone, Den Butters stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reg Christensen came out of the goal and Den Butters tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute, Sebastien Steadman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jon Bowden in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reg Christensen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. St1tchCorp's Darius Harkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eddy Boyd in the 44th minute of play. If Jerome Horner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eddy Boyd to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Simon Busby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jon Bowden fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reg Christensen having to interfere. Darius Harkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastien Steadman in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of St1tchCorp booed when Harleston was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Porter didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Jerome Horner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dave Porter kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Reg Christensen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jon Bowden's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute Fraser Locking shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darius Harkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eddy Boyd succeeded in the game's 70th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. 73 minutes into the game, Dave Porter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Harleston's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave St1tchCorp the free kick. In the 73rd match minute, Harleston was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Porter to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Jon Bowden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Jon Bowden dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Reg Christensen, 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Boyd in the 94th minute of play forced St1tchCorp's goalkeeper Darius Harkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Harleston fans cheered their team off the field, for while St1tchCorp had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
