Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ash Steele made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the game, Lloyd Fry was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Unia Tarnow's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hashtag United the free kick. After having played for 6 minutes, Reggie Higgins managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unia Tarnow's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reggie Higgins was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute of the match, Rory Bevan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Harvey Calder saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Neil Sullivan kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Hashtag United's Ian Osbon broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Reggie Higgins struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Harvey Calder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Unia Tarnow. In the 17th minute, Ash Steele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stuart Allanson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jon Johnstone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Unia Tarnow's zone, Ash Steele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon Johnstone came out of the goal and Ash Steele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute, Stuart Allanson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Stuart Allanson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hashtag United's supporters rose to their feet, but Stuart Allanson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jon Johnstone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stuart Allanson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Reggie Higgins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 40th minute Rory Bevan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Calder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Reggie Higgins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rory Bevan made a kick off. Reggie Higgins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hashtag United's goalkeeper Harvey Calder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jon Johnstone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ash Steele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rory Bevan in the 71st minute of play forced Hashtag United's goalkeeper Harvey Calder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Ash Steele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Johnstone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hashtag United's Harvey Calder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reggie Higgins in the 78th minute of play. When Reggie Higgins came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Unia Tarnow fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reggie Higgins couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Unia Tarnow's Alistair Downham got a free kick in the 87th minute. Jon Johnstone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ash Steele in the 89th minute of the match. Reggie Higgins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Gwyn Letheren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
