Thanks to some nice moves Ash Dlyan could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Donald Calder however easily saved by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antony Dothery to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fitz Greenwood in the 53rd minute of play forced Mbenghis's goalkeeper Donald Calder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donald Calder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dom Bates in the 59th minute of the match. Fitz Greenwood took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donald Calder. Donald Calder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 64th minute, Dom Bates made a precise shot to the right of Donald Calder. Mbenghis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After 66 minutes of play, Ealing's Fitz Greenwood made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donald Calder was left in no man's land by his defense there! But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dom Bates couldn't finish the play. Ealing's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
