Spectators: 8065 (Terracing: 6050, Seating: 1855, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lance Robertson started the match with the kick off. Sebastian Bartram lost his temper 4 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. If Danny Button had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Danny Button took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andre Champion. Andre Champion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dodge City's Piers Cotterill got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dodge City's Alisson Stegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lance Robertson in the 25th minute of play. After having played for 31 minutes, Theofanis Papadimidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dodge City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Theofanis Papadimidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Piers Cotterill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Andre Champion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danny Button was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 37th minute. Dodge City's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Piers Cotterill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Andre Champion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Wadebridge booed when Dodge City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theofanis Papadimidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After some careless play in the Wadebridge defense, Theofanis Papadimidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andre Champion. The Wadebridge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andre Champion should have stopped the shot. Lance Robertson charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lance Robertson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Dodge City booed when Wadebridge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lance Robertson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alisson Stegen made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Jake Baldwin sent off a good shot on target. Danny Button sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Andre Champion didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Theofanis Papadimidis went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Arthur Reindahl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andre Champion having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Wadebridge's Max Strickland got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Theofanis Papadimidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andre Champion having to make a save. In the 75th match minute, Wadebridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reuben Coe to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Perry Rayner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wadebridge's supporters rose to their feet, but Perry Rayner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alisson Stegen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Wadebridge's zone, Danny Button stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andre Champion came out of the goal and Danny Button tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Theofanis Papadimidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dodge City's supporters rose to their feet, but Theofanis Papadimidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andre Champion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Wadebridge getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Reuben Coe hit a great ball. Dodge City's Piers Cotterill couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 86th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Wadebridge. After having played for 94 minutes, Danny Button managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dodge City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Danny Button was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Dodge City players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
