Seth Talbot was a little too slow when Rowan Cook got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-2. Simon Stockley showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calvin Walls in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Calvin Walls made a kick off. The supporters of Winchester FC booed when FC Manchester was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jason Farmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dom Partridge fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simon Stockley having to interfere. Pete Mansell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Seth Talbot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd match minute, FC Manchester was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barry Pollard to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Rowan Cook ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Seth Talbot was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Winchester FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
