The supporters of Przełęcz Dukla booed when Chelsea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ty Tomkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Wardman scored 0-2 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beinn Meadowcroft, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Timothy Bow scored 0-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Beinn Meadowcroft, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles Wardman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 minutes of play, Przełęcz Dukla's Casey Rushforth made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beinn Meadowcroft was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeff Brighton to make the kick off. Duncan Foley didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeff Brighton went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Beinn Meadowcroft showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Len Weir, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 88th minute Casey Rushforth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beinn Meadowcroft saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beinn Meadowcroft made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Kyle Lightfoot sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Chelsea's Dylon Kershaw got a free kick in the 94th minute. Przełęcz Dukla's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
