Spectators: 7868 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 20) Doug Butcher made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 7th minute, Lenny Pearson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute of the match Rueben Osborn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl Pitt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Larry Wilmott took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Karl Pitt. Karl Pitt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franz Burrows got free with Karl Pitt in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl Pitt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Quiros in the 25th minute of play. Karl Pitt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ozzy Milton went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 31st minute, Bristol Totterdown AFC's Raul Quiros ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karl Pitt. Karl Pitt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Donnington United's zone, Franz Burrows stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Pitt came out of the goal and Franz Burrows tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the match, Donnington United's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Burrows came free, but Karl Pitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raul Quiros made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ozzy Milton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl Pitt was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 57th minute, Ozzy Milton made a precise shot to the right of Karl Pitt. Donnington United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. 61 minutes into the match, Donnington United's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Burrows came free, but Karl Pitt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Donnington United's zone, Franz Burrows stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl Pitt came out of the goal and Franz Burrows tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl Pitt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franz Burrows, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Karl Pitt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franz Burrows in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute of the match Rueben Osborn sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Karl Pitt skillfully saved the ball. Karl Pitt came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Bristol Totterdown AFC's Ozzy Milton. But to his dismay, Ozzy Milton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. With a little luck, Bristol Totterdown AFC's Arsenio Udalaitz got control of the ball when Gav Spink tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Donnington United getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Lenny Pearson hit a great ball. After 88 played minutes Donnington United got a freekick which was hit by Jools Plumber. In the 90th minute Ozzy Milton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Pitt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 92 minutes on the clock, Rueben Osborn commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 91 minutes into the game, one of Bristol Totterdown AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
