The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, The Hungry Toads's Brandon Connor got control of the ball when Ritchie Knight-Percival tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute, Aaron Griffiths hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Snowdon in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noel Bullock saved Killer Giants FC from getting behind. The Hungry Toads were furious when Andre Bullard was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for The Hungry Toads! When the match had been going on for 17 minutes, Killer Giants FC's Felix Pope got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Brandon Connor. In the 21st match minute, Killer Giants FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Griffiths to maneuver through the defense. Noel Bullock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Snowdon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute of the match The Hungry Toads got a corner. Killer Giants FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Niall Basham ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on The Hungry Toads's corner Niall Basham fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Noel Bullock quite easily take care of the ball. Brandon Connor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trey Ely, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brandon Connor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Griffiths, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Noel Bullock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Snowdon in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Snowdon in the 34th minute of play forced Killer Giants FC's goalkeeper Noel Bullock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Hungry Toads's Brandon Connor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Griffiths in the 36th minute of play. After 36 minutes, Sebastian Langford mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Hungry Toads and the Killer Giants FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Brandon Connor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Griffiths in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 46th minute Aaron Griffiths shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brandon Connor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, The Hungry Toads's goalkeeper Brandon Connor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ritchie Knight-Percival. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aaron Griffiths was the one to do the kick off. If Martin Snowdon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Snowdon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Noel Bullock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Snowdon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Griffiths in the 70th minute of play forced The Hungry Toads's goalkeeper Brandon Connor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ritchie Knight-Percival took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brandon Connor. Brandon Connor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 76 minutes into the match, The Hungry Toads's goal looked a bit too open when Ritchie Knight-Percival came free, but Brandon Connor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Killer Giants FC were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after The Hungry Toads's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Felix Pope took the corner. 82 minutes into the game, Aaron Griffiths cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Brandon Connor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Langford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Noel Bullock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brandon Connor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ritchie Knight-Percival in the 90th minute of the match. Brandon Connor came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Killer Giants FC's Aaron Griffiths. But to his dismay, Aaron Griffiths quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The Hungry Toads's Brandon Connor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dom Mills in the 95th minute of play.
