The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andre Challis during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Chelsea London booed when Brynna FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andre Challis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Pete Clough dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mark Kessler, 1-0. The Brynna FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mark Kessler should have stopped the shot. Brynna FC's Mark Kessler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Brynna FC from getting a goal against them. Glen Lister's late challenge caught a Brynna FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Glen Lister helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Brynna FC booed when Chelsea London was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glen Lister didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Mowlem succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 30th playminute. When Andre Challis was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 42 minutes had been played. After 42 played minutes Brynna FC got a freekick which was hit by Andre Challis. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruben Cotton to make the kick off. Ollie West charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ollie West the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mark Kessler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Bullard, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Alf Bullard hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Brynna FC defense, Vic Hartson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mark Kessler. The Brynna FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mark Kessler should have stopped the shot. In the 68th minute, Vic Hartson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chelsea London fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. In the 73rd minute Pete Clough shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mark Kessler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mark Kessler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Bullard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mark Kessler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Mowlem in the 80th minute of play. Mark Kessler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pete Clough, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute.
