With a little luck, Willingale Hotspur F.C.'s Patrick Housham got control of the ball when Ritchie Knight-Percival tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mike Horner hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Willingale Hotspur F.C.'s Patrick Housham got control of the ball when Ritchie Knight-Percival tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Wesley McMahon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Willingale Hotspur F.C.'s Patrick Housham played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dom Mills in the 32nd minute of play. Wesley McMahon charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wesley McMahon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Killer Giants FC booed when Willingale Hotspur F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wesley McMahon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrick Housham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ritchie Knight-Percival in the 34th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Ritchie Knight-Percival lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Patrick Housham. 44 minutes into the game, Aaron Griffiths recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Patrick Housham. Aaron Griffiths showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Josh Jordan to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Griffiths in the 58th minute of play forced Willingale Hotspur F.C.'s goalkeeper Patrick Housham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Willingale Hotspur F.C. booed when Killer Giants FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trey Ely didn't get a good kick on the ball. Josh Jordan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Noel Bullock when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 66th minute of the match Felix Pope shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrick Housham showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Patrick Housham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ritchie Knight-Percival in the 67th minute of play. If Aaron Griffiths had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Housham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dom Mills, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrick Housham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Griffiths in the 75th minute of the match. Patrick Housham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ritchie Knight-Percival, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After 78 played minutes Killer Giants FC got a freekick which was hit by Trey Ely. In the 81st minute Wesley McMahon collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. 81 minutes into the game, Trey Ely was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Killer Giants FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Willingale Hotspur F.C. the free kick. Aaron Griffiths fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patrick Housham having to interfere. Patrick Housham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Griffiths, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Aaron Griffiths received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Patrick Housham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Killer Giants FC had won after a very even match.
