Spectators: 7027 (Terracing: 6027, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Leigh Barnes took the kick off in the first half of the match. Leigh Barnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Graeme Silk came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Sheringham AFC's Nicholas Bennett. But to his dismay, Nicholas Bennett quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 11th minute, Nicholas Bennett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, RonnyFC's Marty Golding got a free kick in the 13th minute. Sheringham AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Piers Claydon in the 16th minute. Sheringham AFC's Den Allott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leigh Barnes in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toby Cheswick in the 19th minute of play forced Sheringham AFC's goalkeeper Den Allott to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sheringham AFC's Den Allott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Heslop in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Toby Cheswick got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sheringham AFC's Jim Ainge got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Den Allott made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leigh Barnes in the 26th minute of play. Den Allott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leigh Barnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, RonnyFC's Graeme Silk got control of the ball when Nicholas Bennett tried to sneak it across the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Jim Ainge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sheringham AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RonnyFC the free kick. Jim Ainge kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes Sheringham AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jim Ainge. The supporters of Sheringham AFC booed when RonnyFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marty Golding didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sheringham AFC! 46 minutes into the game, Leigh Barnes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Den Allott was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Den Allott was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Leigh Barnes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leigh Barnes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After 57 played minutes Sheringham AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jim Ainge. Den Allott didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toby Cheswick went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After 61 played minutes Sheringham AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nicholas Bennett. After 63 minutes, Kev Dumpleton mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RonnyFC and the Sheringham AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sheringham AFC booed when RonnyFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kev Dumpleton didn't get a good kick on the ball. Den Allott took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leigh Barnes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Den Allott was a little too slow when Toby Cheswick got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 1-4. Sheringham AFC's Den Allott proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Sheringham AFC from getting a goal against them. Den Allott showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leigh Barnes, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Leigh Barnes managed to get in a good position for a shot. RonnyFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leigh Barnes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Den Allott breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jim Ainge hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 85thth minute of the game Leigh Barnes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sheringham AFC's Den Allott was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Den Allott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Heslop in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Jim Ainge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sheringham AFC's Den Allott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Heslop in the 95th minute of play.
