Den Lock thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Jeffrey Huckerby, a very annoying self made goal in the 78th minute which led to 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Husbands's Aaron Wallbank slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jeffrey Huckerby. That made the score 2-3 after 81 minutes of play. Jeffrey Huckerby made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Mathias Terpstra sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute, Aaron Wallbank got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 89 played minutes F.C. United of Hull got a freekick which was hit by Barry Sutcliffe. In the 91st minute, Aaron Wallbank left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Husbands fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Husbands eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
