In the 8th minute, Edward Biernat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 15 played minutes Farnborough got a freekick which was hit by Geoff Ansell. Farnborough's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Anthony Reid scored to the left of an out of position Rowan Savage, making the score, 1-0. Russ Webster made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tod Wardill in the 21st minute of play. Russ Webster came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Farnborough's Tod Wardill. But to his dismay, Tod Wardill quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 26 minutes into the game, Farnborough's Winnie Harrison nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Russ Webster made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Edward Biernat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edward Biernat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rowan Savage having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Farnborough's Geoff Ansell got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Jon Barnett sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Farnborough's Rowan Savage didn't even have to move. Edward Biernat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Rowan Savage made a huge save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dom Halliday to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Farnborough booed when Knights of the Spring was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Micheal Goodman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anthony Reid during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jon Barnett kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 75th minute of the match Luke Harper shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Russ Webster showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Knights of the Spring's Russ Webster proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Knights of the Spring from getting a goal against them. After 78 minutes of play, Knights of the Spring's Micheal Goodman made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rowan Savage was left in no man's land by his defense there! Russ Webster made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denny Holmes in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Tod Wardill notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Knights of the Spring's Russ Webster. Russ Webster was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Russ Webster made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denny Holmes in the 89th minute.
