The audience thought a goal was coming when Ron Sharpe got free with Garth Mead in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute Syd Townsend shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andre Ellerton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Big B United's goal looked a bit too open when Syd Townsend came free, but Andre Ellerton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ollie Letheren in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andre Ellerton saved Big B United from getting behind. Rob Draper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Big B United's Andre Ellerton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Syd Townsend in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ollie Letheren in the 82nd minute of play forced Big B United's goalkeeper Andre Ellerton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Weybridge's goalkeeper Garth Mead, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Rob Draper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Big B United getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Zaq Vaughan hit a great ball. Billy Flintoff hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Rob Draper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
