After a defensive mix-up in Isleworth's zone, Nathanial Ottaway stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Travis Chilton came out of the goal and Nathanial Ottaway tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the game, Kelvin Bridgeworth was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Isleworth's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kidmore End City the free kick. In the 40th match minute, Isleworth was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kelvin Bridgeworth to maneuver through the defense. After 45 played minutes Isleworth got a freekick which was hit by Kelvin Bridgeworth.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Billie Shackleton made a kick off. Billie Shackleton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Travis Chilton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Nathanial Ottaway managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kidmore End City's supporters rose to their feet, but Nathanial Ottaway was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Travis Chilton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Billie Shackleton in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Travis Chilton saved Isleworth from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Nathanial Ottaway's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Travis Chilton was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Nathanial Ottaway received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nathanial Ottaway sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Travis Chilton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Hargrave, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Isleworth's goal looked a bit too open when Billie Shackleton came free, but Travis Chilton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eddie Rouse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Frampton having to interfere.
