Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Peter Hewitt got the match started through his kick off. Tosh Swain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jack Noble's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. After 4 played minutes Stratton City got a freekick which was hit by Barney Butt. In the 5th minute Alastair Noble shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tosh Swain saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tosh Swain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jack Noble, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Alastair Noble recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. John Paul Holmes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 16 minutes into the game, Timperley United's Fraser Cooper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tosh Swain made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Stratton City were furious when Marc Ramsden was red carded, 20 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 20th match minute, Stratton City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marc Ramsden to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Alastair Noble made a precise shot to the right of Tosh Swain. Stratton City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Tosh Swain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fraser Cooper, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Fraser Cooper notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Stratton City's Tosh Swain. The Stratton City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Timperley United were winning 0-4.

53 minutes into the game, Ronan Furlong was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stratton City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Timperley United the free kick. Ronan Furlong hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Tosh Swain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Noble, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tosh Swain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alastair Noble in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Fraser Cooper notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Stratton City's Tosh Swain. Tosh Swain was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Sutton in the 83rd minute of play forced Timperley United's goalkeeper Steven Carey-Bertram to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stratton City were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Timperley United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Barney Butt took the corner. In the 88th minute, Fraser Cooper ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tosh Swain was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7.
