Spectators: 8015 (Terracing: 6013, Seating: 1843, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alastair Harris took the kick off in the first half of the match. 13 minutes into the match, I Love You Debra's goal looked a bit too open when Alastair Harris came free, but Brian Meechan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Samuel Nicholson had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. I Love You Debra made a substitution. Franz Kempson replaced Samuel Nicholson. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 19th minute of the game. One of Boscastle:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of I Love You Debra:s goal. Norman Farrow shot the penalty kick right outside the post. During the 28th minute of the match Grant Higgins completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Grant Higgins a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of I Love You Debra booed when Boscastle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grant Higgins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franz Kempson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Norman Farrow received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Mike Walters tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denzil Tabb's late challenge caught a I Love You Debra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denzil Tabb helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Boscastle's Denzil Tabb got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 40 minutes into the match, I Love You Debra's goalkeeper Brian Meechan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alastair Harris. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Brian Meechan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Boscastle's Johnathan Bittner got a free kick in the 46th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norman Farrow to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Boscastle getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Denzil Tabb hit a great ball. In the 59th match minute, I Love You Debra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trev Mitchell to maneuver through the defense. After 66 played minutes I Love You Debra got a freekick which was hit by Norman Farrow. Bradley Rusby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Brian Meechan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in I Love You Debra's zone, Don McGrath stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brian Meechan came out of the goal and Don McGrath tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mike Walters showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristian Brighton, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conan Edmunds in the 78th minute of play forced I Love You Debra's goalkeeper Brian Meechan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Boscastle getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Johnathan Bittner hit a great ball. I Love You Debra's Norman Farrow got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Norman Farrow hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Brian Meechan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alastair Harris in the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Denzil Tabb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Meechan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Boscastle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denzil Tabb to maneuver through the defense. Mike Walters made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norman Farrow in the 94th minute. Boscastle's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
