The referee showed Brynn Kennedy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 2 played minutes Stratton City got a freekick which was hit by Brynn Kennedy. Tosh Swain didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Conan Edmunds went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alastair Harris in the 10th minute of play forced Stratton City's goalkeeper Tosh Swain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tosh Swain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denzil Tabb in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Stratton City's goal looked a bit too open when Alastair Harris came free, but Tosh Swain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Stratton City defense, Garry Ball kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tosh Swain. The Stratton City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tosh Swain should have stopped the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Stratton City's goal looked a bit too open when Conan Edmunds came free, but Tosh Swain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Bradley Rusby had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tosh Swain. Stratton City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bradley Rusby was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Conan Edmunds scored 0-4 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tosh Swain, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Boscastle's zone, John Paul Holmes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mike Walters came out of the goal and John Paul Holmes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stratton City's Tosh Swain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garry Ball in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Alastair Harris had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tosh Swain. Tosh Swain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denzil Tabb in the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Stratton City's goal looked a bit too open when Conan Edmunds came free, but Tosh Swain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Lewis Van Der Hoorn got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tosh Swain quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Hewitt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Crispin Collingwood recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tosh Swain. Crispin Collingwood showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Tosh Swain was out of position in the 61 minute of play, and Alastair Harris capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alastair Harris really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. After 70 played minutes Boscastle got a freekick which was hit by Lewis Van Der Hoorn. Mike Walters showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Paul Holmes in the 71st minute of the match. Tosh Swain made an important save on a dangerous shot by Don McGrath in the 77th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Boscastle's Garry Ball slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tosh Swain. That made the score 0-9 after 78 minutes of play. Tosh Swain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alastair Harris, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Tosh Swain didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denzil Tabb went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Tosh Swain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Crispin Collingwood in the 91st minute of play. Alastair Harris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tosh Swain having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play Stratton City's Brynn Kennedy was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Brynn Kennedy hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match.
