Spectators: 8027 (Terracing: 6022, Seating: 1846, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Buster Langsford took the kick off in the first half of the match. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Buster Langsford took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Brian Meechan to make any attempt to save it. Buster Langsford fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Meechan having to interfere. Patrick Brough scored 2-0 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Brian Meechan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Brian Meechan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Buster Langsford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes I Love You Debra got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Nicholson. If Norman Farrow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Nicholson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Craig Cole took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norman Farrow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brian Meechan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charles Beadle in the 37th minute. Shaun Arrowsmith hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Buster Langsford reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brian Meechan. The goal made the score 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Norman Farrow stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Al Talbot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Brian Meechan was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 58 minutes into the game, Skadoosh !'s Patrick Brough nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brian Meechan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 61 minutes into the game, Buster Langsford cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Brian Meechan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Norman Farrow fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Craig Cole having to interfere. Norman Farrow in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Craig Cole, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 74 minutes into the match, Al Talbot notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of I Love You Debra's Brian Meechan. Brian Meechan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 79 minutes into the match, I Love You Debra's goal looked a bit too open when Al Talbot came free, but Brian Meechan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brian Meechan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Buster Langsford went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. When Skadoosh !'s Charles Beadle in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye I Love You Debra's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Beadle in the 92nd minute of play forced I Love You Debra's goalkeeper Brian Meechan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Skadoosh !'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
