Reigate's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Crispin North scored to the left of an out of position Charlie Gilchrist, making the score, 2-0. Will Bryden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gav Hales in the 15th minute of play. Tonbridge's Ian Drake got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Guy Speight left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reigate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 28th minute, Crispin North left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tonbridge fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Reuben Clarkson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tonbridge's supporters rose to their feet, but Reuben Clarkson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charlie Gilchrist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Crispin North fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Gilchrist having to interfere. Dom Jennings kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Reigate were awarded a corner. Gav Hales went to the cornerflag to take it. Gav Hales made a great header on Reigate's corner, it was just that Tonbridge's Will Bryden managed to reach the ball for a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Loyd Eubank to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Crispin North in the 52nd minute of play forced Reigate's goalkeeper Charlie Gilchrist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd match minute, Tonbridge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reuben Clarkson to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Loyd Eubank managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reigate's supporters rose to their feet, but Loyd Eubank was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Will Bryden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Tonbridge's Will Bryden got control of the ball when Wally Sands tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reuben Clarkson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Charlie Gilchrist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Tonbridge got a freekick which was hit by Crispin North. In the 74th minute, Wally Sands hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charlie Gilchrist came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Tonbridge's Crispin North. But to his dismay, Crispin North quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loyd Eubank got free with Will Bryden in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 83 minutes, Crispin North made it 6-2 with a short kick to the right side. Reigate's Charlie Gilchrist tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Crispin North might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charlie Gilchrist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Crispin North ran back to his position shaking his head. Reuben Clarkson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charlie Gilchrist having to interfere. In the 95th play minute Loyd Eubank came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Will Bryden. 6-3.
