Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Curtis Browning made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the match, Rochester United's goal looked a bit too open when Joe Booker came free, but Alec Legzdins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 8 minutes into the game, Joe Booker cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Alec Legzdins was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Wokingham booed when Rochester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Wilson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute of the match Neil Barkley sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alec Legzdins skillfully saved the ball. After 15 minutes, Toby Almond mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wokingham and the Rochester United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Toby Almond kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Toby Almond took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alec Legzdins. Alec Legzdins dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Alec Legzdins came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Wokingham's Curtis Reid. But to his dismay, Curtis Reid quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The audience was convinced that Joe Booker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alec Legzdins was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Karl Millman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Phil Timmins skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alec Legzdins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Curtis Browning, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Julian Wilson kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Rochester United's goal looked a bit too open when Curtis Browning came free, but Alec Legzdins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Louis Summerfield came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Rochester United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Louis Summerfield couldn't finish the play. Orson Lawton charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orson Lawton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Rochester United booed when Wokingham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orson Lawton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Wokingham's zone, Louis Summerfield stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phil Timmins came out of the goal and Louis Summerfield tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alec Legzdins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joe Booker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Louis Summerfield to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Orson Lawton kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alec Legzdins. That made the score 0-5 in the 53 minute of play. The supporters of Wokingham booed when Rochester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tristram Perkins didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alec Legzdins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toby Almond in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Wokingham's goalkeeper Phil Timmins, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Orson Lawton reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alec Legzdins. The goal made the score 0-6. Rochester United's Alec Legzdins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curtis Browning in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of Wokingham booed when Rochester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Rouse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Louis Summerfield hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Joe Booker struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Alec Legzdins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wokingham. Alec Legzdins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orson Lawton in the 84th minute of the match. Alec Legzdins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curtis Browning, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alec Legzdins was a little too slow when Curtis Browning got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 0-8. Alec Legzdins made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Joe Booker sent off a good shot on target. Curtis Browning received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alec Legzdins came out and tried to block the shot, but Curtis Browning slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 97th minute. Wokingham played a much better game than Rochester United and deserved their victory. The Rochester United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
