Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Curtis Browning kicked off to start the match. When Kurt Capes fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pallet Town FC's protests and gave Kurt Capes a yellow card for diving instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Toby Almond managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wokingham's supporters rose to their feet, but Toby Almond was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Longthorn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Orson Lawton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Longthorn was a little too slow when Curtis Browning got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Toby Almond's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Longthorn read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Joe Booker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Daniel Longthorn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joe Bookers short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Daniel Longthorn to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of Pallet Town FC booed when Wokingham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joe Booker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Longthorn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Curtis Browning showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 40 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frankie Horsell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Neil Barkley made in the 52nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Curtis Browning however managed to control. Graeme Castleton charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Graeme Castleton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute, Graeme Castleton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Niall Gulliver fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pallet Town FC's protests and gave Niall Gulliver a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th match minute, Pallet Town FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niall Gulliver to maneuver through the defense. Curtis Browning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Longthorn having to interfere. Daniel Longthorn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joe Booker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frankie Horsell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Phil Timmins tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frankie Horsell didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 3-1 via right post in the game's 80th minute. Pallet Town FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Daniel Longthorn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joe Booker in the 83rd minute of play. Phil Timmins was a little too slow when Frankie Horsell got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 3-2. Ty Cornish struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Phil Timmins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pallet Town FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frankie Horsell in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Phil Timmins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Longthorn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curtis Browning in the 95th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Pallet Town FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joe Booker came free, but Daniel Longthorn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Wokingham had played much better football throughout.
