In the 15th minute, Erwin Schrödinger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erwin Schrödinger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylan Duckworth having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Purple Cobras's Will Cambridge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute, Erwin Schrödinger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dylan Duckworth was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Freedom's Dylan Duckworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erwin Schrödinger in the 42nd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.
