In the 8th minute Graeme Rice shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seb Green saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Seb Green made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Graeme Rice in the 11th minute of play. Seb Green took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Graeme Rice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kidderminster's Dane Clist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Kidderminster from getting a goal against them. In the 20th minute Alfie Hammett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dane Clist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garry Duke's late challenge caught a Kidderminster's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Seb Green made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Faulkner in the 26th minute of play. Garry Duke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Dane Clist made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Graeme Rice in the 32nd minute of play forced Jagiellonia United's goalkeeper Seb Green to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Graeme Rice ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Seb Green was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Seb Green took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Graeme Rice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Terry Baldwin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seb Green saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Jagiellonia United's goal looked a bit too open when Graeme Rice came free, but Seb Green reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jagiellonia United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doug Armstrong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After the first half Kidderminster were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The crowd rose to their feet as Kidderminster's Graeme Rice slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Seb Green. That made the score 0-5 after 52 minutes of play. 55 minutes into the match, Jagiellonia United's goal looked a bit too open when Dion Pollock came free, but Seb Green reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Alfie Hammett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dane Clist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Seb Green was a little too slow when Graeme Rice got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Graeme Rice got free with Seb Green in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dane Clist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Seal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Frank Seal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Dennis Faulkner fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Seb Green, passed just outside the right post. Seb Green made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Faulkner in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Frank Seal notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Kidderminster's Dane Clist. Dane Clist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 79th minute Doug Armstrong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seb Green saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Kidderminster's Graeme Rice ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Seb Green. Seb Green yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-7. 84 minutes into the game, Doug Armstrong recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Seb Green. Doug Armstrong showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-8. Seb Green showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Faulkner, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After a rather tough play, Kidderminster's Graeme Rice got a free kick in the 90th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Graeme Rice dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Seb Green, 1-9. Kidderminster played a much better game than Jagiellonia United and deserved their victory. The Jagiellonia United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
