Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kidderminster's Doug Armstrong started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Kidderminster booed when Freedom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shaun Welch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Freedom's Dylan Duckworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Graeme Rice in the 5th minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Doug Armstrong notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Freedom's Dylan Duckworth. Dylan Duckworth was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adam Fronczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dane Clist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Dennis Faulkner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dylan Duckworth was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Joshua Bedford hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Graeme Rice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Graeme Rice in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dylan Duckworth saved Freedom from getting behind. In the 28th match minute, Kidderminster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodney Cryer to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the match, Freedom's Clive Bourton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dane Clist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dylan Duckworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Faulkner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freedom's Dylan Duckworth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Faulkner in the 34th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doug Armstrong got free with Dylan Duckworth in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dylan Duckworth made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Doug Armstrong sent off a good shot on target. Doug Armstrong came free with the goalkeeper in the 42nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dylan Duckworth could save by the left post. Kidderminster's Dane Clist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Fronczak in the 46th minute of play. Freedom's Dylan Duckworth proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Freedom from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The audience held their breath when Glenn Jump in the 56th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Dylan Duckworth's left hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doug Armstrong in the 59th minute of play forced Freedom's goalkeeper Dylan Duckworth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 60 minutes on the clock, Shaun Welch commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 60 minutes into the game, one of Freedom:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 62nd minute there was a penalty for Kidderminster. Glenn Jump stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dylan Duckworth. 2-0. In the 68thth minute of the game Terry Baldwin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Freedom's Dylan Duckworth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dylan Duckworth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Graeme Rice, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matt Lloyd kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Dylan Duckworth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Faulkner in the 75th minute of play. Dylan Duckworth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terry Baldwin, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Dylan Duckworth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doug Armstrong in the 78th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Freedom defense, Dennis Faulkner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dylan Duckworth. The Freedom fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dylan Duckworth should have stopped the shot. Doug Armstrong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dennis Faulkner came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Kidderminster fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Faulkner couldn't finish the play. In the 90th minute Doug Armstrong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dylan Duckworth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dylan Duckworth didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Graeme Rice went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 98 minutes into the match, Freedom's goal looked a bit too open when Glenn Jump came free, but Dylan Duckworth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kidderminster fully deserved thier win.
