Johnathan Cousins didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when The Tigers's Carl Downes shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 17th minute, Carl Downes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johnathan Cousins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stony Stratford FC's Johnathan Cousins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Downes in the 41st minute of play. In the 42ndth minute of the game Carl Downes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stony Stratford FC's Johnathan Cousins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Len Bowland made a kick off. The referee ignored Stony Stratford FC's protests and gave Travis Baldwin a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Stony Stratford FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Travis Baldwin hit a great ball. Rio Blewitt might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Johnathan Cousins. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rio Blewitt ran back to his position shaking his head. Carl Downes let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 86th minute shot 0-13 at rihgt post. 93 minutes into the match, Stony Stratford FC's goalkeeper Johnathan Cousins had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carl Downes. The Tigers played a much better game than Stony Stratford FC and deserved their victory. The Stony Stratford FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
